The Automatic painting lines for application of the powder coatings are composed of degreasing, rinsing and passive tunnel, drying gas oven, automatic paining cabin with manipulators and possibility of manual corrections, baking gas oven and powered overhead conveyor or P&F conveyor. The operation of automatic painting line is completed by the automatic waste treatment plant, air screw compressor, main switchboard with control panel and device for production of demineralized water.
The products intended for painting are suspended on girder in “loading” section of painting line. From loading section, the hinge bar with products is moved to entrance to surface preparation section of the painting line. The surface preparation section includes the degreasing, rinsing 1 + 2 and drying oven. The movement of the hinge bars through the surface preparation section is ensured by the powered timed conveyor. After passing the surface preparation section, the hinge bar with products is moved to the dual side manual painting cabin. The movement of the hinge bar with products within the painting cabin is ensured by the chain drive. The speed of movement is controlled by the frequency converter. When the powder coating is applied, the hinge bars are moved to overhead crane and then transported to entrance of the baking oven, having the temperature of 220 °C. The movement of hinge bars towards the baking oven is manual. After baking, the hinge bars with products are manually removed from the oven to handling area, where they are left to cool. After cooling, the product is removed from the hinge bar, and the bar is moved to loading section, where another batch of products for surface preparation is hinged and the process repeats, as long as the painting line is in operation.
